The rope dyeing machine is a normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine. It is a kind of equipment used to process fabric dyeing. It is particularly suitable for dyeing thin silk, wool fabrics, cotton and other fabrics that are suitable for dyeing processes below 100 degrees Celsius.

Working principle of atmospheric dyeing machine: fabric is sewn into rope shape and immersed in dye tank, and dye is circulated by main pump to ensure uniformity and stability. Fabric is circulated in tank by conveying system, and dye is evenly penetrated by spraying or soaking. Time, temperature and concentration are controlled to achieve dyeing effect. Finally, fabric is rinsed to remove excess dye and fix the color. The whole process is automated, efficient and environmentally friendly.
