Loose Fiber Dryer

I. Introduction

This Loose Fiber Dryer is an improved version of the traditional dryer, featuring a high degree of automation, easy operation, a wide adjustable speed range for the drying chain, and high energy efficiency.

II. Main Technical Features

1. Adopts a hot air recycling system and energy-saving dampers, ensuring energy efficiency and more uniform drying;

2. The main drive chain uses frequency conversion speed regulation to adapt to different loose fiber drying process requirements;

3. Each drying chamber has an independent exhaust port, allowing for adjustment of exhaust volume according to different working conditions, saving energy;

4. The drying chamber has an independent automatic temperature control system, resulting in minimal temperature deviation;

5. Cold air is drawn in at the inlet and outlet, ensuring uniform fiber temperature after drying;

6. The filter screen is easy to clean.

III. Main Configuration

1. Main Zoning: The Loose Fiber Dryer is divided into two parts: a drying zone (3 compartments) and a transmission compartment.

2. Circulating Fan: A 15kW circulating fan is installed at the top of the drying zone, making air circulation within the chamber more efficient.

3. Airflow Distribution: The circulating fan is equipped with an airflow distribution baffle, ensuring smoother and more uniform airflow and guaranteeing drying quality.

4. Drying Chamber Steel Frame: Constructed using 2.5mm standard square tubing.

5. Temperature Control: Equipped with a reliable pneumatic diaphragm valve to control steam, effectively maintaining stable temperature within the drying chamber.

6. Drainage: Utilizes a high-performance inverted bucket-type drain with a bypass Y-valve, allowing for more efficient drain reuse and steam conservation.

7. Transmission Mesh Plate: Made of stainless steel mesh.

8. Heat Dissipation Fins: 1 Two sets of compartments, using aluminum spiral wound design;

9. Energy-saving dampers: Electric dampers (proportional control opening) are installed at the top, adjusting the opening and closing size in real time according to temperature for greater energy efficiency;

10. Debris removal under the mesh panels: A bottom plate is installed between the upper and lower mesh panels for easy cleaning and collection of lint and fluff;

11. Each compartment is equipped with movable screens for easy daily maintenance and cleaning;

12. The drive motor is equipped with frequency converter control, allowing for flexible adjustment of the conveying speed as needed;

13. Electrical control: Touchscreen control with built-in PLC, offering simple operation and intuitive display;
